General Information:

Wonflex Insta is a scientifically formulated as combination designed for joint comfort, flexibility, and inflammation control.
It contains three clinically researched ingredients that act synergistically to reduce joint pain, stiffness, and swelling while improving mobility and cartilage health — without the gastrointestinal side effects commonly seen with NSAIDs.

• Univestin® – A patented bioflavonoid complex derived from Scutellaria aicalensis and Acacia catechu, clinically shown to relieve joint discomfort, stiffness, and inflammation by inhibiting COX and LOX enzymes naturally.
• Nano Curcumin – A highly bioavailable form of Curcumin that offers potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant protection, supporting joint cartilage and tissue repair.
• Aflapin® – A next-generation Boswellia serrata extract enriched to 20% AKBA, proven to reduce joint inflammation by inhibiting 5-LOX and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs).

Indications and Uses:

Wonflex Ista is recommended for:

• Osteoarthritis (knee, hip, and shoulder joints)
• Rheumatoid and inflammatory joint disorders
• Sports-related joint wear and tear
• Post-injury joint stiffness
• Age-related cartilage degeneration
• Chronic inflammatory conditions involving joints and tendons

Mechanism of Action:

• Univestin®: Dual COX–LOX enzyme inhibition reduces pain mediators like prostaglandins and leukotrienes.
• Nano Curcumin: Downregulates NF-κB and cytokines (TNF-α, IL-6), controlling inflammation and oxidative damage.
• Aflapin®: Selectively inhibits 5-lipoxygenase and prevents cartilage-degrading enzymes (MMP-3, MMP-13), promoting cartilage protection.

The combination offers safe, natural, and sustained relief from chronic inflammation.

Dosage and Administration:

• Recommended dose: 1 tablet once or twice daily after meals, or as advised by the healthcare professional.
• Swallow whole with water. Do not crush or chew.
• Duration of use depends on clinical condition and doctor’s recommendation.

Common Side Effects:

Generally well tolerated. Occasionally may cause:

• Mild gastric discomfort
• Nausea or bloating
• Headache (rare)

Less Common / Rare Side Effects:
