Preflex-NT is a scientifically balanced neuroprotective and neuropathic pain-relief formulation combining:

• Methylcobalamin – a bioactive form of Vitamin B12 essential for nerve regeneration.
Together, these agents help relieve neuropathic pain, paraesthesia, tingling, numbness, and nerve damage-related symptoms while improving mood, sleep, and quality of life.
Preflex-NT is indicated for:
• Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy
• Post-herpetic Neuralgia
• Cervical or Lumbar Radiculopathy
• Sciatica and Chronic Neuropathic Pain
• Trigeminal Neuralgia
• Alcoholic Neuropathy
• Chemotherapy-induced Peripheral Neuropathy
• Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain Syndromes
• Usual dose: As directed by the physician.
• Typically, one tablet once daily after meals, preferably in the evening or at bedtime, depending on the patient’s tolerance and clinical condition.
• Do not crush or chew the sustained-release tablet. Swallow whole with water.
Most side effects are mild and transient:
• Dizziness, drowsiness, or fatigue
• Dry mouth, constipation
• Blurred vision or mild weight gain
• Mild peripheral oedema
• Palpitations, mood changes, confusion
• Urinary retention
• Allergic skin rash
• Altered liver function or serum sodium (rare)
If any of these occur, consult your doctor immediately.
• Use only under medical supervision.
• Avoid driving or operating machinery if drowsiness occurs.
• Use with caution in patients with renal or hepatic impairment.
• Avoid alcohol intake as it may increase dizziness and sedation.
