General Information:
Nanoflex Gel is a fast-acting topical analgesic and anti-inflammatory formulation designed for the relief of musculoskeletal pain, inflammation, and stiffness. Its multi-ingredient nanotechnology base enhances skin penetration and rapid local action without systemic side effects.
The combination of Diclofenac Diethylamine (NSAID), Capsaicin (counterirritant and desensitizing agent), Methyl Salicylate, Menthol, Camphor, and Eucalyptus Oil provides a synergistic “cooling–warming” dual action to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and relax sore muscles.
Indications and Uses:

- Low back pain and lumbago
- Shoulder and neck pain
- Muscle sprain and strain
- Tendonitis, bursitis, and myalgia
- Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis pain
- Sports injuries and joint stiffness
Mechanism of Action:
- Diclofenac Diethylamine: Inhibits prostaglandin synthesis, reducing inflammation and pain at the site.
- Capsaicin: Depletes substance P from sensory nerves, leading to desensitization of pain receptors.
- Methyl Salicylate: Provides local anti-inflammatory and soothing effects.
- Menthol & Camphor: Create a cooling–warming sensation that enhances circulation and relieves muscle tension.
- Eucalyptus Oil: Acts as a natural anti-inflammatory and decongestant with additional soothing aroma.
